All of our customers have the luxury of booking estimates by calling our world class sales center or online in our real time booking software.
The day after your estimate has been completed the Customer Support Team will call you to follow-up on your onsite experience and enquire about any additional questions you may have regarding our service. We want to ensure that you have been WOW'd!
Once all the painting has been completed you'll receive a customer follow-up call to ensure all the work, colors and product meet all of your expectations. We're only happy if you feel that sense of WOW when looking at your freshly painted home or business. Plus, we'll call you at 12 and 23 months into the warranty period to follow up and make sure you are satisfied.
